حين أصبحت الذاكرة عطراً

When memory became fragrance

في أرضٍ عرفت سومر وأكد وبابل وآشور، لم يكن العطر زينة عابرة. كانت المواد العطرية ترافق الطقوس والقصور والاحتفالات، وتحمل معنى يتجاوز الرائحة إلى الهيبة والهوية والذكرى. من هذه الروح تبدأ ميحانا: عطور فاخرة تُبنى كما تُبنى الأساطير، طبقة بعد طبقة، حتى يصبح لكل عطر عالمه الخاص.

In the land of Sumer, Akkad, Babylon, and Assyria, fragrance was never a passing ornament. Aromatic materials accompanied ritual, courtly life, and celebration, carrying meanings of presence, identity, and remembrance. Meihana begins from that spirit, composing fragrances layer by layer until each one becomes a world of its own.

The clay that preserved a voice

قبل آلاف السنين، حُفرت الكلمات الأولى على ألواح الطين. بقيت العلامات بعد زوال أصحابها، وكأن الذاكرة وجدت جسداً لا يفنى بسهولة. في ميحانا، يحمل العطر الفكرة ذاتها: أثرٌ غير مرئي، لكنه يبقى في المكان وفي ذاكرة من مرّ به.

Thousands of years ago, words were pressed into clay. The marks remained long after their makers were gone, as if memory had found a body. Meihana carries the same idea: an invisible trace that remains in a room and in the memory of those who encounter it.

Memory does not need to be seen to endure.

رحلة البحث عن الخلود

The search for immortality

في ملحمة جلجامش، تقود خسارة الصديق الملكَ إلى رحلة يبحث فيها عن سرّ الحياة التي لا تنتهي. لم يجد الإنسان الخلود، لكنه وجد شيئاً أكثر صدقاً: أن الأثر هو ما يبقى. لهذا لا تعد ميحانا بالخلود، بل تصنع عطراً جديراً بأن يبقى في الذاكرة بعد أن يغادر صاحبه المكان.

In the Epic of Gilgamesh, the loss of a friend sends a king in search of life without end. Humanity does not conquer mortality, yet discovers something more truthful: what remains is the trace we leave behind. Meihana does not promise immortality; it creates fragrances worthy of memory.
